Below outlines the Shipping Information for Award Engravers & Framers.

Which courier do we use?

We use PBT couriers for the majority of deliveries in New Zealand.

Delivery times:

Delivery times are about 2-3 working days local area and 5-7 working days outer areas provided the items ordered are in stock. If items need engraving please allow an extra 2 working days.  Please allow an extra 1-2 working days for delivery after a public holiday, as there is often a large back-log with courier companies.

Delivery:

Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.  We do not pass on the approx. $4 additional charge that we are charged for delivering to rural delivery addresses.

Please ensure that you do specify in your address if your address is rural delivery. If you don’t tell us you are rural delivery, we do not know to put the correct ticketing on your package and this can lead to a delay.

Tracking courier items:

When we dispatch your order we will provide you with a tracking number and expected arrival date.

Pick-ups:

Clients are welcome to pick up their items. We can contact you when your item is ready to be collected.

Payment:

Payment options provided by Award Engravers & Framers are Visa, MasterCard via Paypal, direct credit or cash. The cash option is only available to customers that collect their items. Your credit card will be billed when you confirm your order.

Returns Policy:

If an order is not received or if an item is received and it is either damaged or faulty, a return claim MUST be filed with Award Engravers & Framers within 30 days from date of dispatch of goods. Email details of your claim to info@awardengravers.co.nz The following options will be made available:

Replacement:

If a replacement is required it will be sent immediately subject to availability, at no charge.

Credit:

If a credit is required, the appropriate account will be credited to the amount of the transaction.

Refund:

If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment (i.e. if payment was made on Visa, the visa will be credited.
